  • Call on MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, etc. to generate orders
  • Educate all levels of the healthcare profession on how Dynasplint Systems complement the rehab process and helps maximize patient outcomes
  • Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint System and follow up throughout the course of use
  • Maintain detailed account and patient information
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory


  • Ability to generate sales – dynamic, goal oriented personality
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Clinical background and/or prior sales experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to move 50 lbs.
  • High sense of urgency

As a sales professional, you will have a guaranteed base salary and the ability to earn bonuses. We also offer a car allowance and benefits. We are hiring in several cities across the United States.

Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is offering a unique 1099 contract opportunity in the rehabilitative field for a self-motivated individual.

You will be responsible for assisting the territory sales consultant with patient care. Specifically you will be fitting the patient with their prescribed Dynasplint System(s), instructing them on how to use the product(s) and following up throughout the course of use.

The excellent customer service that you provide the patient will extend to the doctors and therapists with which you will also interact.

Clinical experience is preferred.

We are offering a unique opportunity in the rehabilitative field for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual.

This is a full time, salaried position with great benefits. Salary starts at $50,000 plus bonus incentives. The ideal candidate will assist territory Sales Consultants with patient fittings.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Patient Care: Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint System and follow up throughout the course of use
  • Doctor and Therapy Interaction: provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors and therapists
  • Inventory Management: ability to manage and maintain inventory of products


  • Travel is required for position
  • Clinical experience required
  • Vehicle necessary



Assist our growing sales team and make a difference in the lives of patients!


  • Full time position earning $16.00 per hour (guaranteed 40 hour work week)

  • Requesting authorization from the payer when required
  • Learn the requirements for each payer and assist the sales consultant with obtaining paperwork that will help gain insurance approval
  • Assist with follow-up calls on authorization requests until obtained or denied
  • Learn and maintain a list of payers that will require a Letter of Agreement once approved
  • Maintain accurate logs and sharing with assigned division
  • Update Navigator with accurate information and notations of account
  • Send our orders “Okay to Fit” once approval or denial is obtained; know the appropriate documentation needed to confirm an order
  • Complete all other duties assigned by the SSR Manager as needed
  • Work as a team to accomplish billing growth goals

MACHINE OPERATOR/COURIER – Located in Stevensville, MD

Responsible for efficiency and output of any work order assigned.  Responsible for reading and understanding every detail of the work order and completing the order as instructed per the required procedures.  Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate pickups and deliveries between Dynasplint Systems’ offices and outside vendor locations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operates standard machine shop equipment
  • Ability to use shop tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Responsible for the adherence to all safety practices and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Responsible for general housekeeping in the area of responsibility
  • Verify and keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups made
  • Load and unload pickups and deliveries
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external points of contact
  • Track scheduled maintenance of vehicle
  • Ability to use GPS device and follow written or verbal directions to effectively navigate
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50lbs
  • Frequently walking, standing, pushing, pulling, twisting and bending required
  • Visual acuity sufficient to operate motor vehicle safely
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing/production experience preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude


SHIPPING SPECIALIST – Located in Stevensville, MD

The Shipping Specialist for Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is responsible for ensuring that all orders are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.  Demonstrate the drive to succeed while helping to restore people, business and life the way it ought to be!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process outgoing shipments according to order request forms
  • Carefully inspects orders before shipping
  • Coordinates and maintains stock and inventory keeping supplies at proper levels
  • All other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs
  • Occasional walking, standing, and bending may be required


  • Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
