  • Call on MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, etc. to generate orders
  • Educate all levels of the healthcare profession on how Dynasplint Systems complement the rehab process and helps maximize patient outcomes
  • Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint System and follow up throughout the course of use
  • Maintain detailed account and patient information
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory


  • Ability to generate sales – dynamic, goal oriented personality
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Clinical background and/or prior sales experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to move 50 lbs.

Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is offering a unique 1099 contract opportunity in the rehabilitative field for a self-motivated individual.

You will be responsible for assisting the territory sales consultant with patient care. Specifically you will be fitting the patient with their prescribed Dynasplint System(s), instructing them on how to use the product(s) and following up throughout the course of use.

The excellent customer service that you provide the patient will extend to the doctors and therapists with which you will also interact.

Clinical experience is preferred.

PLANT MANAGER – Located in Stevensville, MD

Oversees the activities of production, shipping and refurbishment personnel including workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Demonstrate the drive to succeed while helping to restore people, business and life the way it ought to be!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interviews, hires, and trains new staff
  • Oversees the daily workflow of all plant departments and is responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
  • Complete production planning and oversee production quotas and schedules, ensuring inventory and shipment targets are met
  • Collaborates with purchasing department to verify, review, maintain, and report on materials and production inventories
  • Facilitates and authorizes repairs or maintenance for production tools and equipment
  • Identifies and recommends cost controls and other improvements to production process
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Maintains organizational quality standards
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment and be familiar with OSHA/MOSH regulations
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • An understanding of ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)
  • Working knowledge of CAD/CAM
  • Ability to write and modify programs
  • Run and set-up CNC Machines to include DaeWoo Lathe, Doosan Lathe and Haas CNC Mill
  • Supervision of large group of employees – ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Coaching/counseling/disciplining employees

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to move about insurance the office/plant
  • Must be able to traverse stairs


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of manufacturing experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience – machine environment

MACHINE OPERATOR/COURIER – Located in Stevensville, MD

The Full-Time Machine Operator/Courier for Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is responsible for efficiency and output of any work order assigned. Responsible for reading and understanding every detail of the work order and completing the order as instructed per the required procedures. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate pickups and deliveries between the offices of Dynasplint Systems and outside vendor locations as needed.


  • Operates standard machine shop equipment.
  • Ability to use shop tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Responsible for the adherence to all safety practices and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Responsible for general housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
  • Verify and keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups made.
  • Load and unload pickups and deliveries.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external points of contact.
  • Track scheduled maintenance of vehicle.
  • Ability to use GPS device and follow written or verbal directions to effectively navigate.
  • All other duties as assigned.


  • Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50lbs.
  • Frequently walking, standing, pushing, pulling, twisting and bending required.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to operate motor vehicle safely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to work on a team.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
