SALES CONSULTANT POSITIONS

Responsibilities

  • Call on MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, etc. to generate orders
  • Educate all levels of the healthcare profession on how Dynasplint Systems complement the rehab process and helps maximize patient outcomes
  • Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint System and follow up throughout the course of use
  • Maintain detailed account and patient information
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory

Requirements:

  • Ability to generate sales – dynamic, goal oriented personality
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Clinical background and/or prior sales experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to move 50 lbs.
  • High sense of urgency
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – “It’s your business!”

As a sales professional, you will have a guaranteed base salary and the ability to earn bonuses. We also offer a car allowance and benefits. We are hiring in several cities across the United States.

Clinical experience is preferred.

CORPORATE OFFICE POSITIONS:

HEALTHCARE COMPLIANCE OFFICER – Located in Severna Park, MD

The candidate is responsible for ensuring that Dynasplint Systems, Inc. meets laws, regulations and guidelines, and best practices that govern the healthcare industry.  The HCO is expected to not only understand healthcare legal issues, but also work with Dynasplint to create practices and procedures that protect Dynasplint, employees and patients

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s, JD, HCCA certified preferred
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a healthcare organization
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated leadership ability
    • Ability to communicate effectively orally and written
  • Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations and standards
    • Understanding of coding and reimbursement systems, risk management, and performance improvement helpful

 


MANUFACTURING FACILITY:

MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE – Located in Stevensville, MD

The candidate must be detail and process oriented and a team player. This is a full time, 40 hour work week starting at $14.00 per hour with full benefits including a 401K plan. Experience not required. We will train the right person.

Day Shift is 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $14.00 per hour

SALES SUPPORT POSITIONS:

CLINICAL SALES ASSOCIATE – Located in Los Angeles, California

The candidate will serve as a Clinical Sales Associate to support our LA based team. This is a salary position with a comprehensive benefits package.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fit and instruct patients on how to use the Dynasplint® System, and maintain conversation and follow up throughout the course of the patient using our product
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors and therapists
  • Ability to manage and maintain inventory of products
  • Ability to operate a laptop computer, cell phone, email, Google

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequent and potentially prolonged sitting, standing, walking and driving
  • Frequently bending, squatting, reaching, and twisting
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have active Drivers License and personal vehicle as daily travel is required for position

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree and clinical background preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

 

FITTER – Located in Denver, CO and Colorado Springs, CA

The candidates will serve as part-time fitters for our Denver or Colorado Springs territories and will assist local Sales Consultants with patient fittings. This is a 1099 contract position that pays $50.00 per fitting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Patient Care: Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint and follow up throughout the course of use
  • Doctor and Therapy Interaction: provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors and therapists
  • Inventory Management: ability to manage and maintain inventory of products

    Travel is required for position
    Clinical experience preferred
    Vehicle necessary
