SALES CONSULTANT POSITIONS
Responsibilities
- Call on MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, etc. to generate orders
- Educate all levels of the healthcare profession on how Dynasplint Systems complement the rehab process and helps maximize patient outcomes
- Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint System and follow up throughout the course of use
- Maintain detailed account and patient information
- Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory
Requirements:
- Ability to generate sales – dynamic, goal oriented personality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Clinical background and/or prior sales experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Entrepreneurial mindset – “It’s your business!”
As a sales professional, you will have a guaranteed base salary and the ability to earn bonuses. We also offer a car allowance and benefits. We are hiring in several cities across the United States.

Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is seeking Sales Support Colleagues to join our team in Severna Park, Maryland.
As a Sales Support Colleague, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team and customers. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will help drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our team.
Position Details
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Two shifts available: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- In-person position in Severna Park, MD
- Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience

MANUFACTURING POSITIONS

2nd Shift Machine Operator
The 2nd Shift Machine Operator for Dynasplint Systems, Inc. supports our Stevensville Manufacturing Plant in producing high-quality rehabilitation products that help restore people, business, and life the way it ought to be!
- Location: Stevensville, MD
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- Starting Pay: $18.50/hour ($16.50/hour + $2.00/hour evening shift premium)
- Benefits include: Medical benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
– Operate machinery and equipment according to established manufacturing processes and procedures
– Follow production specifications and quality standards to ensure products are manufactured accurately
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
– Work collaboratively with the manufacturing team to meet production goals
– All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Detail- and process-oriented
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude
– CNC machine experience is preferred but not required
– No prior CNC experience is necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate
Additional Requirements:
– Full-time, 40-hour work week
– Background check and drug screening are required
Shipping Specialist
The Shipping Specialist for Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is responsible for ensuring that all orders are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. Demonstrate the drive to succeed while helping to restore people, business and life the way it ought to be!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing shipments according to order request forms
- Carefully inspects orders before shipping
- Coordinates and maintains stock and inventory keeping supplies at proper levels
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Frequently lifting/carrying up to 10lbs
- Occasional walking, standing, and bending may be required

- Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
