SALES CONSULTANT POSITIONS
Responsibilities
- Call on MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, etc. to generate orders
- Educate all levels of the healthcare profession on how Dynasplint Systems complement the rehab process and helps maximize patient outcomes
- Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint System and follow up throughout the course of use
- Maintain detailed account and patient information
- Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory
Requirements:
- Ability to generate sales – dynamic, goal oriented personality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Clinical background and/or prior sales experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Entrepreneurial mindset – “It’s your business!”
As a sales professional, you will have a guaranteed base salary and the ability to earn bonuses. We also offer a car allowance and benefits. We are hiring in several cities across the United States.

MANUFACTURING POSITIONS

Refurbishment Specialist
The Refurbishment Specialist is responsible for restoring Dynasplint devices to like-new condition by replacing pads, cleaning, inspecting, and refurbishing products prior to redistribution.
- Location: Stevensville, MD
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
- Benefits include: Medical benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
– Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
– Strong attention to detail and process
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Shipping Specialist
The Shipping Specialist for Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is responsible for ensuring that all orders are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. Demonstrate the drive to succeed while helping to restore people, business and life the way it ought to be!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing shipments according to order request forms
- Carefully inspects orders before shipping
- Coordinates and maintains stock and inventory keeping supplies at proper levels
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Frequently lifting/carrying up to 10lbs
- Occasional walking, standing, and bending may be required
Qualifications:
- Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work on a team
